Toplines & Sample Packs

Add Emma Diva’s Vocals to Your Tracks!

Welcome to my collection of vocal samples and toplines — a versatile library of powerful, soulful vocals ready for your productions. Whether you’re looking for individual vocal phrases, harmonies, adlibs, or full topline hooks, each pack is carefully recorded to give you maximum creative flexibility. All vocals are dry (mono), giving you full control to pitch, pan, stack, and process them exactly how you need.

I’ve contributed my vocals as a session singer on releases for Glitterbox, Defected, Clubland, Rekids, Hexagon, and Faith, as well as independent labels such as PukkaUp, Stress, Pinkstar, Issamin Records, and PlanetPunkMusic, bringing my distinctive voice and professional studio experience straight to your productions.

Some packs available online may appear larger or heavier in file size, but that’s often because they include stereo or wet-processed vocals, or high-bitrate renders — not necessarily more usable content. By keeping my samples mono and dry, you get flexible, producer-ready vocals without unnecessary bulk, making it easier to integrate them into your productions exactly the way you want.

Sample Packs – How It Works

  • One-off payment: pay once and the clips are yours to use commercially.
  • No royalties owed: you do not owe Emma Diva anything from your releases.
  • No PRO registration required: these are not compositions, just royalty-free recordings.
  • No credit required, though credit is always appreciated.
  • Use clips in your tracks, arrangements, remixes, or productions however you like.
  • Sample packs are non-exclusive: multiple producers can use the same sounds, royalty-free.

Non-Exclusive Topline License – How It Works

This section explains the legal and royalty terms for licensing Emma Diva toplines. It’s designed to be fair for both the topline writer (Emma Diva / Emma L.M. Sweeney) and producers creating new music with the vocals.

1. Ownership & Rights

  • Emma Diva / Emma L.M. Sweeney retains 100% of publishing rights in the topline composition (lyrics + melody).
  • Producers retain 100% of publishing rights in their instrumental composition.
  • Producers own 100% of the master recording of their track created using the topline.
  • This is a non-exclusive license — multiple producers can license the same topline simultaneously.

2. How Royalties Work

  • Publishing: Each composition earns publishing royalties independently via PRO registration (BMI, ASCAP, PRS, etc.).
  • Mechanical royalties: Paid to the writer(s) of each composition — topline vs instrumental.
  • Master royalties: Paid entirely to the producer who owns the recording.

3. PRO Registration Guidance

  • Register your topline composition with your PRO (Emma Diva / Emma L.M. Sweeney as sole writer).
  • Producer registers their instrumental composition with themselves as sole writer.
  • Ensure each composition reflects only the portion contributed (100% for each).
  • Total percentages across BMI/ASCAP/PRS should add up to 200%.

4. Credit

  • Producers must credit: Vocal by Emma Diva
  • This is for attribution only — ownership of the topline remains with Emma Diva / Emma L.M. Sweeney.

5. Why This Works for You

  • Producers retain full control of their master recording and instrumental composition.
  • They can release tracks commercially on streaming platforms, downloads, sync, etc.
  • Topline vocals are fully usable — remix, rearrange, process, or create new instrumentals.
  • Emma Diva earns publishing royalties for the topline, ensuring fair compensation for the lyrics + melody.
  • Producers get a clear, professional arrangement with no ambiguity about ownership or royalties.

Summary: This setup mirrors professional remix arrangements. It’s simple, fair, and protects both the topline writer and the producer while keeping everything legally clear.
