• All vocal packs are sold royalty-free for production use. Adlib packs are one-time fee; topline packs include publishing share as outlined below.
• These terms apply to all Emma Diva vocal sample packs purchased or downloaded from this site or authorised marketplaces.

Licensor: Emma Diva (Emma L.M. Sweeney — BMI-registered songwriter)

By purchasing or downloading any Emma Diva vocal pack, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included vocal recordings in your own music productions.

✅ You May:

• Remix, chop, layer, and incorporate the vocals into your own tracks.
• Release your finished productions commercially without needing further permission.
• Credit “Featuring Emma Diva” on all commercial releases.

🚫 You May Not:

• Resell or redistribute the raw vocal files or stems as standalone samples.
• Claim ownership of the original composition, melody, or lyrics.

Pack Types

Adlib-Only Packs: Short phrases, shouts, riffs, or vocal textures. No publishing or royalty split applies — the license fee covers all usage.

Topline Packs (Full Melodies & Lyrics): Recognisable vocal performances that form part of a composition. All contributing writers share the publishing equally.
Example: Emma Diva + 2 producers → each receives 33.3%
Example: Emma Diva + 1 producer → each receives 50%

Even if edited or chopped, Emma Diva retains her writer’s share of the composition.
