License Options (Vocal Packs)

Non-Exclusive License

Use the vocal samples in your own music with unlimited commercial rights.

• The same pack may be sold to other producers, so you’re not the only one using it.
• No royalties or additional fees — your one-time purchase covers everything.
• Perfect if you want great vocals without exclusivity or extra costs.

Exclusive License

• Get exclusive rights to the vocal pack — once you buy it exclusively, I won’t sell it to anyone else.
• This option costs more because you’re the only one who can use the vocals.

No Buyouts on Songwriting!

As a producer, this means if I’ve contributed to writing the vocals (melody or lyrics), my creative part stays credited. You won’t be able to buy out my writing share — so I will always receive royalties and recognition as a co-writer.

For your release, this means:

• You keep full control of your track and can release it commercially as you wish.
• My writing share and credits remain intact, and I receive my portion of royalties accordingly.
• This ensures fairness for the creative work done and keeps the rights clear for everyone involved.

Note: Vocal packs themselves are sold with a license for use, not as songwriting buyouts, so you can use them without ongoing royalties.

How Licensing Works

Buying a vocal pack gives you a license to use the vocals commercially. For non-exclusive packs, you won’t pay royalties — just your one-time purchase. Exclusive licenses grant you sole use of the pack.

By purchasing this topline, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included vocal performance in your original musical productions.

You May:

• Use the vocal in one or more of your own original tracks.

• Edit, process, and arrange the vocal as needed.

• Release your track commercially (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).

• Monetise via streaming, downloads, sync (unless otherwise restricted).

You May Not:

• Sell, license, or redistribute the vocal (raw or edited) as part of any sample pack, loop kit, or template.

• Claim ownership of the topline or lyrics.

• Transfer this license to another party.

Required:

• You must credit: Vocal by Emma Diva

• You must register Emma L.M. Sweeney as a co-writer with your PRO (e.g. BMI, ASCAP, PRS), using her provided writer information.

• If unsure, you must contact Emma before release to ensure all publishing and splits are correctly handled.

Emma retains 100% copyright to the vocal and lyrics. You are licensing usage only — no ownership is transferred.

Exclusive Vocal License

Upon purchase, you are granted the exclusive right to use the specified topline in your original production. The vocal will be removed from public sale after your license is confirmed.

You May:

• Use the vocal in one original track with exclusive rights.

• Release and monetize the track commercially across all platforms.

• Edit, rearrange, and process the vocal freely.

• Register the track and seek sync, publishing, or label opportunities.

You May Not:

• Resell or redistribute the vocal on its own.

• Use the vocal in multiple unrelated tracks or release stems as samples.

• Claim authorship of the topline lyrics or melody.

Required:

• You must credit: Vocal by Emma Diva

• You must register Emma Diva as a co-writer (via your PRO).

• Emma retains copyright of the topline (lyrics + melody).

• No resell of the vocal is permitted.

This is an exclusive license, not a work-for-hire. Songwriting ownership remains with the artist.
